Help Us Understand Overgrowth in Back Lanes

The City of Saskatoon (City) addresses complaints regarding nuisance trees and overgrown vegetation in back lanes. The Community Standards Department typically conducts inspections based on approximately 1,000 complaints and requests per year, advising property owners to trim nuisance trees and overgrown vegetation in the back lanes adjacent to their properties. Therefore, the City is exploring options to improve on and raise awareness of overgrown nuisance trees and vegetation in back lanes.
