Lloyd Moker’s Retirement

To all members of the Sutherland Business Improvement District:

 

After 14 years as Executive Director for the Sutherland Business Improvement District, Lloyd Moker will be stepping down from his role. Many of you will have met Lloyd over the years and know his passion for Sutherland and its business community and residents, hold a special place in his heart. Lloyd has helped guide our district through multiple phases of streetscaping in Sutherland along Central Avenue spanning almost a decade keeping our area looking new and vibrant. Most recently, Lloyd oversaw the addition of a gateway feature that you may have seen installed at the intersection of Central Avenue and 108th Street this past fall.

 

As we begin the search for a new Executive Director, Lloyd will continue to remain involved throughout the transition and into 2025. Lloyd’s last official day will be March 31, 2025. Please take a moment to extend our gratitude to Lloyd and the service he provided to all of us as business owners, residents, and members of a proud Sutherland Business Improvement District. On behalf of the Board of Management and all our members as part of the SBID, thank you, Lloyd!
