City of Saskatoon Property Assessment Review/Appeal Timeframe

Starting January 3, 2023, property owners who have had a change in their property’s assessment, tax status or ownership from the previous year will receive a 2023 Notice of Assessment in the mail.

 

The 2023 property assessment roll will be open for public inspection from January 3 to February 3, 2023, this is called the 30-Day Assessment Review and Appeal Period.

To file a formal appeal on your property’s 2023 assessment, it must be done so within this time frame.
